It's important to MEP to provide prospective students (K-12, community college students, and students in educational or community programs) with opportunities to learn more about MEP, the College of Engineering, Cal Poly, and higher education in general.
Schedule a MEP Info. Session
MEP would be happy to provide prospective Cal Poly students with an in-person or virtual MEP Info. Session and Q&A opportunity during their visit to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
MEP Info. Sessions
- Learn about MEP services, events, and ways to get involved.
- Talk to current MEP students about their experiences (dependent on student availability).
- Can be 30 or 60 minute sessions depending on your schedule.
- Can be between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m, Monday - Friday.
- There will be 1-2 MEP staff and/or student staff present during the info. session.

In order for MEP to accommodate your request please email us
at least 3 weeks prior to your preferred info. session date. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please include the following information in your email to
mep@calpoly.edu:
- Point of contact first and last name
- Point of contact email and phone number
- School or organization name
- Desired date and time of visit (we will work with you to find a time that works for everyone)
- Type of session that you prefer:
- info. session
- current MEP student panel
- combination of info. session & current MEP student panel
- Description of group of students with whom you work
- Number of students
- Number of staff
- Any special requests or accommodations
CENG Tour Information
