MEP Scholarship Database

MEP Scholarship Application & Database

Be eligible for one of our industry-sponsored and MEP scholarship opportunities throughout the academic year. We'll refer to this database each time we award industry-sponsored or MEP scholarships.

Review Timeline: The fall quarter review will take place in October, the winter quarter review in late January, and the spring quarter review in mid-April.

Please note:

  1. Students have the opportunity to submit a new application each quarter if they'd prefer.
  2. The majority of our industry-sponsored scholarships are awarded in fall quarter.
  3. Students must be paid members of SHPE and NSBE to be eligible for club-specific scholarships.
  4. In an effort to be equitable and maximize scholarship support, students will only receive one scholarship a year. MEP STAR students are not eligible for MEP Success scholarships.
  5. The MEP Team will prioritize students with urgent financial needs in our review process.

Applications submitted now will be considered in our Winter 2024 review.

  1. Application opened and stays open through the year: Monday, September 25th at 9:30 AM
  2. Student deadline (to be considered for spring scholarships): Monday, April 22nd at 5 PM
  3. MEP committee reviews applications: April 23 - April 26
  4. Tentative Award Date: April 29 - May 3
